YOGA RETREATS are a wonderful way to take time out for yourself, or maybe with a friend or partner. You don’t have to be good at yoga, or even experienced in yoga, you can be a complete beginner. With a casual schedule of yoga classes, morning meditations, relaxations and nutritious contemporary and vegetarian food; you and will find a retreat rejuvenating, enriching and soulful.
Massages are available at an extra cost and there is plenty of time to simply rest and relax at your leisure in the privacy of your tranquil surroundings. Rose keeps her retreat numbers small to maintain a close, intimate and nurturing environment.
PRIVATE RETREATS are also an option. You can organise your own group, choose your dates and location and Rose will come to you to teach yoga and prepare yummy healthy meals.
