New Students

– $20 per class or $150 for a 10 class pass

– Don’t eat a full meal for at least 90 minutes prior to class

– Yoga mats are supplied or you can bring your own if you prefer

– Bring Water

– Wear comfortable stretchable clothing

– Remove shoes and leave outside the front door

– Advise Rose of any injuries or medical conditions ie heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, pregnancy, back problems etc

– Arrive a little before class commences
