New Students

– $20 per class or $140 for a 8 class pass (students, pensioners $15)
– Don’t eat a full meal for at least 90 minutes prior to class
– Bring water, towel, your yoga mat if you have one
– Wear comfortable stretchable clothing
– Remove shoes and leave inside the front door
– Advise Rose of any injuries or medical conditions ie heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, pregnancy, back problems etc
– Arrive a little before class commences
