New Students

– $15 per class or $60 for a 6 class pass (students, pensioners $10)
– Don’t eat a full meal for at least 90mins prior to class
– Bring water, towel, light blanket, yoga mat if you have one
– Wear comfortable stretchable clothing
– Remove shoes and leave outside the door
– Advise Rose of any injuries or medical conditions ie heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, pregnancy, back problems etc
– Arrive a little before class commences
– Enter room in quietness
